Chelsea have issued a statement following injuries to several Blues fans in Naples. The match between the Italian and English clubs will take place today, January 28, as part of the 8th round of the Champions League.
"The club is aware of the incident that took place in Naples on Tuesday evening. Two fans are in hospital with life-threatening injuries.
"The club would like to remind all fans in the city to exercise extreme caution and follow the advice given ahead of this match," Chelsea's official X social media account said.
According to media reports, Blues fans were attacked by Napoli ultras. One English fan posted a photo of his bloody hand and wrote that he had been stabbed.
