According to the source, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur are interested in the 29-year-old. It is noted that the Red Devils may target Bowen if West Ham are relegated from the English Premier League.
The London club are reluctant to let go of their captain and will demand a significant transfer fee. The Hammers value the Englishman at €60 million.
