Four-time European champion and four-time world championship bronze medalist Arsen Harutyunyan will hold his next wrestling match in his homeland.
According to the press service of the Armenian Wrestling Federation, the Armenian wrestler will take to the mat in the coming days, on March 28, as part of the Hype Fighting tournament to be held in Yerevan. His opponent will be MMA fighter Baghdad Zhubanish.
Although the tournament is organized by a mixed martial arts promotion, the Harutyunyan-Zhubanish competition will be held exclusively under wrestling rules.
"Stand by our athlete and let's enjoy the victory together," the federation concluded its statement with an appeal to fans.
