Armenia's youth team lost to North Macedonia

As part of the eighth round of the 2027 UEFA European Under-21 Championship, the Armenian youth team hosted their counterparts from North Macedonia.

Misak Hakobyan and his teammates easily passed the opponent, but the final stage of the attack failed. The entire first half was spent in alternating attacks and at the end of the half (11m) the opponent opened the score of the match thanks to a goal by Martin Georgievski (0:1). In the 75th minute of the match the opponent doubled its advantage thanks to Admir Latif (0:2).

Thus, the Armenian youth team is at the bottom of the standings after seven games. Let's add that Armen Gyulbudaghyatsi's boys will play their next match in October, hosting their Italian counterparts.
