Liverpool manager Arne Slott has assessed his team's performance in the first leg of their quarter-final against PSG. The Merseysiders lost 0-2 to the Parisians in the away leg.
"Overall, watching the game, we were lucky. The score remained 0-2. The first goal had a big impact on us. Overall, we played well. We have another game at Anfield and we know what a role the home stadium can play."
"Did Liverpool create enough chances? Yes and no. Yes, because we want to create more chances. No, because we had few real chances. We tried to take them high up the pitch a few times, but they won the one-on-one games. The same thing happened in the second half. Our players found promising positions a few times," Slott said, according to the BBC.
The Liverpool-PSG return match will take place on April 14 at Liverpool's Anfield Stadium.
