Tottenham midfielder Dejan Kulusevski underwent surgery on Wednesday, the club's official website reported.
The Swedish player suffered a right knee injury in last weekend's Premier League match against Crystal Palace.
After further consultations with specialists, the midfielder decided to undergo surgery. The operation was successfully performed on May 14. Tottenham have not announced the player's recovery time, but it seems that he will not be able to participate in the Europa League final against Manchester United on May 21.
In the 2024/25 season, Kulusevski played 50 matches for Tottenham, scoring ten goals and providing 11 assists.
