The Armenian journalists' football team has become the winner of the ASL (Armenian Stars League) amateur tournament.
In the tournament held, Eduard Kalantaryan and his friends scored 56 points in 23 games, taking first place. Securing the championship with a confident victory in the last round (11:0).
The striker of the journalists' team, David Yeghiazaryan, was recognized as the top scorer of the tournament, scoring 27 goals.
The Armenian journalists' football team is preparing for the international journalists' tournament to be held in Lithuania in September, which will be held for the 20th time.
Armenian journalists are three-time champions and multiple award winners of that tournament.
