Chelsea are interested in signing Bournemouth midfielder Alex Scott, The Independent reports.
According to the source, the “Ballerinas” are demanding more than 50 million pounds sterling (57.5 million euros). This figure could be much higher, depending on how many clubs try to sign the 22-year-old. Chelsea are particularly interested in Scott amid the expected changes in the team's midfield this summer. It has been noted that Enzo Fernandez could leave the “Blues”.
Scott has made 34 appearances in all competitions this season, scoring four goals and providing one assist. His current contract with the club runs until the summer of 2028. According to Transfermarkt, his market value is €40 million.
