As part of the 26th round of the Fastex Premier League, “Noah” hosted Yerevan's “Ararat” at home.
At the start of the match, Ararat actively attacked the opponent, but the pace of the game could not be maintained for a long time: the “Winning Birds” began to pressure the opponent and in the 14th minute of the match, Matheus Ayas opened the score (1:0), scoring his ninth goal in the current championship. The Brazilian footballer pushed his team forward after a mistake made by two Ararat footballers. After gaining a one-goal advantage, in the 24th minute of the match, “Noah” doubled its advantage when Marin Yakolish sent the ball from a corner kick to Nathaniel Saientini, who scored the goal defended by Anzimati Abudu (2:0).
Having a significant advantage, “Noah” was not satisfied with what they had achieved, in the 28th minute of the match, Matheus Ayas made the score 3:0 by scoring a double to his name, which was the tenth in the 2025/26 season. At the end of the first half, “Ararat” managed to reduce the score difference in the 44th minute of the match after Gor Lulukyan’s penalty kick, Mamadou Doumbia scored the goal of Artur Koneglyan (3:1).
The second half was a more heated battle: in the 47th minute of the match, Aboubakar Ouattara again reduced the score to 3:2. "Noah", sensing the approaching danger, moved forward. In the 54th minute of the match, Marin Jakolish, collaborating with Gutavo Sangare, made the score 4:2. It took the Croatian footballer four minutes to score a brace. This time, the 30-year-old footballer played the final round with Hovhannes Harutyunyan (5:2).
In such a score situation, Ararat gained confidence from time to time, as a result of which Gor Lulukyan again reduced the score difference to 5:3.
Sandro Perković's men scored one goal after another, with Helder Ferreira, Oulad Omar (penalty), and Alexey Ploshadny scoring in the 75th, 86th, and 89th minutes of the match.
Thus, "Noah" continues its triumphant run in the championship, earning its third consecutive victory and moving up to second place in the standings with 52 points, while "Ararat" is in last place with 12 points. The championship intrigue continues, in the next game, "Noah" will face "Pyunik" in a match postponed from the 13th round, and in the next round, they will host "CSKA Yerevan".
