European Weightlifting Championships: Armenia has two representatives today

On April 25, two title-winning athletes from the Armenian team will compete at the European Weightlifting Championships.

At 7:00 PM Yerevan time, Armenia will have two representatives on the stage in the Georgian city of Batumi. Two-time European champions Simon Martirosyan and Garik Karapetyan will compete for medals in the 110 kg weight category.

Let us remind you that Emma Poghosyan won the gold title of European Champion, while Garnik Cholakyan, Alexandra Grigoryan, Gor Sahakyan and Ara Aghanyan became silver medalists. Martin Poghosyan also climbed the podium, winning a bronze medal.
