Law enforcement agencies have arrested an 18-year-old man suspected of planning an attack and kidnapping of Real Madrid and France forward Kylian Mbappe, The Touchline reports, citing Le Parisien.

According to the source, the arrested person acted with like-minded people. The criminal group targeted several famous people, including businessmen, rappers and star footballer Mbappe.

Kylian Mbappe has been playing for Spanish club Real Madrid since the summer of 2024. The French striker is a graduate of the Monaco academy. From 2017 to 2024, he defended the honor of Paris Saint-Germain, and has already won the UEFA Super Cup and the Intercontinental Cup with the royal club.
