We would like to inform you that the Pyunik Football Club and the team's head coach Artak Oseyan have terminated the specialist's current contract by mutual agreement, the press service of the 16-time champion of Armenia reports.
As part of the termination of cooperation with Artak Oseyan, assistants to the head coach Artur Mkrtchyan and Gor Malakyan, as well as goalkeeper coach Gurgen Hakobyan, are also leaving the Pyunik coaching staff.
Artak Oseyan took over as head coach of Pyunik in August 2025. This was his third collaboration with the club as a head coach.
Previously, Oseyan also managed Pyunik in 2016/17 and 2020, and also worked in the club's coaching staff at various times.
In the 2025/26 season, under the leadership of Artak Oseyan, Pyunik finished the Armenian Premier League in 3rd place and qualified for the UEFA Conference League qualifying round.
In the 2026/27 European Cup campaign, Pyunik overcame the first round of the Conference League qualification, defeating Malta's Marsaxlokk in both matches.
